Sunday, 26 September 2010:  The 8th Annual Brendan Grant Golf Tournament was held once again at Souther's Marsh Golf Course in Plymouth, MA.  It was a great day of golf and the weather was close to perfect.  Souther's Marsh is a beautiful golf course located in the cranberry bogs of Plymouth MA, and was voted the #1 public golf value in Massachusetts by the 2008-2010 by the New England Golfguide, and best places to play by 2008/2009 Golf Digest (further information on the course is available at www.southersmarsh.com).  The full story can be found by clicking here.

Sunday, 20 June 2010: 
The Ninth Annual running of "Brendan's Home RunTM" 5K Race & Walk was held on Father's Day 20 June 2010 at the Belmont High School track.  Pictures and the full story of the 2010 event are now available by clicking here.  This year's complete race results are available at CoolRunning.comThe course used for Brendan's Home Run is certified by the USA Track & Field Road Running Technical Council (Certification Code: MA03028RN).   A map of the course layout and is available for those of you who will be planning to join us in 2011!

1 June 2010:  The Ninth Annual Brendan Grant Scholarships were awarded at the Senior Assembly at Belmont High School, Belmont, MA to graduating 2010 Seniors Charles Ferraro, Brianna Gallagher, and Tim Hatch.  Click here for the full story. 

Friday-Sunday, 28-30 May 2010:  The Sixth Annual Brendan Grant Memorial Baseball Tournament was held over 2010 Memorial Day weekend at the Brendan Grant Memorial Field.  Belmont was the overall winner with a dramatic 10-run come-from-behind win in the championship game.  This four game high school tournament continues to be a thrill on Brendan Grant Memorial Field located next to Belmont High School.  Click here for the full story and pictures of the 2010 tournament.

21/Mar, 28/Mar, 3/Apr, & 11 April 2010:  The Belmont Marauders Baseball Camp for boys and girls ages 4 to 12 was held on four consecutive weekends (three Sundays and one Saturday) at the Belmont High School Field House from 21 March to 11 April 2010 to help young ball players sharpen their baseball skills.  This camp is now its third full decade of service to the youth of Belmont, and was co-sponsored by the Belmont Recreation Department and The Brendan Grant Foundation.  The Belmont High School Baseball team helps run the camp, and proceeds go to help defray their assorted costs including the annual Brendan Grant Memorial Baseball Tournament.

Saturday, 8 January 2010:  The Ninth Annual Brendan Grant Wrestling Tournament was held at Belmont High School on Saturday 8 January 2010.  Sixteen high school wrestling teams competed during this all day tournament, and the overall team winner this year goes to Needham High School for the second year in a row.  Click here for the full story.  Previously referred to as the Belmont Invitational Wrestling Tournament, this event has for the last 29 years been one of the premier High School Wrestling gatherings of its kind in the Northeast region. During the 1999-2000 season, Brendan was one of the Captains of the Belmont High School Wrestling Team.
